Vehicle Description
In part because of the engine, our 2010 Titan leans to the sporty and heavy-user ends of the pickup truck spectrum. Obviously it can be used on a daily basis, but the Titan is more outgoing than that and would prefer a home with an adventurous family, busy independent contractor or landscaper, hard-core four wheeler towing a buggy, or on the job site: At least on the weekdays.
Its muscular 5.6-liter V8 can easily handle almost any hauling and towing task you may throw into or behind it. The V8 is rated at 317 horsepower and 385 pound-feet of torque. Four-wheel drive and low-range are electrically shifted by a rotary dash knob. Styling is subtle and resembles the Frontier and the Armada. The tailgate swings out easily and is easy to use.
Inside, the cabin serves well for truck duty. The Crew Cab rear seats are downright spacious with more room than a lot of the four-door sedans out there. And at least as much comfort. There are over thirty features and options on this SE trim model.
